Delivery

The minimum order value for delivery is Rs. 2000 (Rs. 1000 for cake)
Kindly allow up to 90 minutes for delivery of our savory menu
For custom cakes orders need to be placed a minimum of 48 hours prior to delivery
Delivery is free of charge, which covers a one-time delivery trip only. If no one is present to take receipt of the item at the time of delivery, we will call or leave a note for the recipient. Should the recipient fail to call us on the same day of delivery to arrange for collection, this will constitute a “failed delivery” and there will be no refund of the price of the item ordered.
Zolocrust would not be able to deliver to locations such as airports, Bus stops, or public landmarks
Bread, cake, and hamper orders placed before 11:00 am will be delivered by 06:00 pm, and orders after 11:00 am will be delivered the next day by 12:00 noon

Cakes

Fondant cakes should be stored in an air-conditioned environment and should be consumed within 24 hours
Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports, toothpicks, or wooden skewers for support.
Every cake we offer is handcrafted and since each chef has his/her own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape.
All cakes are subject to the availability and seasonality of the ingredients.
Use a serrated knife to cut a fondant cake.

Sizing

Care
Cream-based cake

Store cream cakes in a refrigerator and should be consumed within 24 hours.
Slice and serve the cake at room temperature and make sure it is not exposed to heat.
